Course objectives
Student will be able to demonstrate the basic cross country and alpine skiing techniques
Learning outcomes
After completion of the course students will be able to:
describe the technique of cross country skiing
demonstrate the right technique of cross country skiing
demonstrate the knowledge of downhill skiing
distinguish suitable and inappropriate ski equipment
demonstrate 4 elements of downhill skiing
