- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - introduction with dance styles - structuring music to individual dance styles - creation and interpretation of dance variations - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities, especially for dance considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Teaching focuses on modern forms of dance emphasis on progressive development of movement skills in line with the music and their own feelings.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able:
- make a difference all styles and their specifications
- interpret all taught styles
- better control your body to the music
- dance the exist dance style

- - familiarize with dance style, introduction, description, specifications
- - practical education - warming up, stretching, teaching a given style
- - training individual dance styles
- The course has regard for the efficiency of registered students.
- Oriental dance - is a unique tool for shaping the female body, with emphasis on abdominal muscles, chest and arms. It is characterized by quiet, smooth, and above all sensual moves that are alternated rhythmic shaking hips and arms. During the dance is used several figures, which are the foundation of dance.;
