Course objectives
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to acquaint students with basic principles and characteristics of quantitative research, to identify differences between quantitative and qualitative approaches and to enable students to orientate themselves in quantitative research methods necessary to create their own project.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to characterize and apply (1) basic concepts: science, scientific research, types of research, scientific work, structure of scientific work, literary research, etc. (2) To develop a project of quantitative research in accordance with methodological principles, to adequately use data analysis methods (descriptive and analytical statistical methods).
