- Completed subject Sports pedagogy in a master's degree. If the course has not been completed, it is necessary to master its content – see subject np/nk2104 (np/nk4136) in the IS.

- Course objectives
- The main objectives of the course are the following: mastering the professional terminology of sports pedagogy; understanding the humanistic concept of contemporary sports pedagogy; analysis of sports education; methodological aspects of sports pedagogy.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to: - understand and explain the modern trends of sports education; - interpret the result of the empirical researches of sports education; - analyze sports offers from various institutions; - evaluate sports education programs; - apply research methods of sports pedagogy.

- Assessment methods
- 1. Study of basic literature on sport pedagogy (Jansa et al., Svoboda, Sekot, Jūva). 2. Excerpt (18 000 characters) selected foreign publication on sport pedagogy (we recommend to specify it with the teacher). 3. Summary of the relationship between the dissertation and the pedagogy of sport (1 standard page). 4. Discussion on points in the course syllabus and on written materials (materials must be sent in advance in the electronic form to the teacher).
