Course objectives
Basic and introductory subject of the study programme. Explains the core of self-defence situation, their conditions and solutions. Introduce to evolution and the current state of the theory of self-defense.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course student should - know different schools of self-defence theory, its aims and basis - know different modern self-defence systems - know taxonomy of self-defence - define self-defence situation - be able to explain role of concrete factors in self-defence situation (psychology, technique, tactics)
