- This online course aims to acquaint students with the content of the current directive of the Dean of the Faculty of Sports Studies MU "Pokyny k vypracování závěrečných prací" and the book Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, on which the directive is based. Furthermore, to facilitate writing the final thesis with the help of suitable types, links, recommendations, examples of frequent mistakes, and instructions.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- understand and be able to apply the set format of the final thesis in the above-mentioned directive;
- understand and be able to use the appropriate final thesis methodology in the above-mentioned directive;
- understand and be able to use the appropriate citation method in the text and the Reference in the above-mentioned Directive. - Syllabus

- Teaching methods
- Self-study using available online materials. All teaching will take place through an interactive syllabus in IS. The content of individual chapters is made available gradually (weekly) and is available until the end of the first week of the exam period.
- Assessment methods
- Attendance at seminars or writing a seminar paper is not required during the semester. Completion of the course will take the form of an online test, which consists of 30 questions. Each question is rated 0 or 1 point. At least 19 points are required to succeed. In case of failure, the student has two repetition options. Or complete at least 8 intermediate tests during the semester. To pass the intermediate test, you need to answer 5 out of 5 questions correctly (one correct answer, unlimited number of attempts).
