- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- Graduates will acquire knowledge of the history and development of rhythmic gymnastics, will be oriented in the basic terminology of exercise without tools, tools and classical dance. Graduates of the subject will be oriented in the program and system of competitions of the Czech Republic.
- Learning outcomes
- Graduates will be able to:
1, classify the competitor, according to the achieved sport performance and age in the relevant competition category
2, to name out the basic positions and movements of both idleness and exercise with individual tools
3, methodically lead a basic ballet training unit and a training unit focused on the development of physical abilities
4, choose the right musical accompaniment, taking into account the specifics of the individual instruments, but also the temperament of the gymnast - Syllabus

- Assessment methods
- Visiting classes is compulsory. In the framework of the seminar the student graduates: - practical methodical output focused on classical ballet techniqueSeminar work -training plan - a written test. The written test will consist of 30 questions rated 30 points. To achieve successful mastery, you need to achieve at least 23 points.
