The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Students will acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge of basic and advance swimming - methodical series for practicing swimming technique, methods of removing errors in the techniques of individual swimming styles and technical exercises for improving work of arms and legs of all swimming methods.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to:
- work with information from the organization and management of swimming sports;
- use the theoretical and practical knowledge of basic and improve swimming;
- demonstrate the technique of swimming styles;
- suggest methodological practicing swimming techniques and ways to correct the errors in the technique of swimming style;
- select and properly classify individual technical exercises for improving the work arm and legs.

  • The history and development of sports, swimming
  • Swimming and OH
  • Swimming sports management system
  • The basic and advanced swimming - a system, legislation, swimming school
  • Training on drought and water, play in water supplies and their use
  • Choosing the first way of swimming, age specific fear (phobia), collective management approach, use of space, organization of teaching
  • Games   familiar with the water, breathing, flowing, orientation under water, personal improvement
  • Create physical habits, skills
  • Tray exercises to improve footwork and arm
  • Utilities and their use in basic swimming and removing the fear of water
