- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Traditional karate is an old martial art without a weapon which served as self-defence in Japan in times when fighting was an everyday reality and wearing weapons was forbidden. Outcomes is to develop skills: a) Basic techniques - stances, kicks, punches b) Self-defense c) Breathing and focus exercises
- Learning outcomes
- Providing the principles of karate are studied correctly, its students are able to maximally use the capability of their bodies and create a powerful and efficient technique, by which – if used at the right time and place – they can fight off an enemy.nce with martial arts
- Syllabus
- The course will be leaded to use maximaly basic principle of traditional karate in real situations of self-defence.

- Lessons are based on real practise of techniques traditional karate and self-defense

- - exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 3classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology - the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
