- Course objectives
- The course will introduce issues of aging from a biological, physical, psychological, and social point of view. Students will be trained in using the available diagnostic methods. Students will also learn to create and lead different types of exercise programs (proprioceptive, strength, dance, compensatory,..)
- Learning outcomes
- The students will have theoretical knowledge about aging (biological, physical, psychological, and social) a will be able to establish exercise training and carry out it.
