- The main goal of the lesson: to discover in dance, to strengthen the ability to experience oneself as a unique entity, as the center of perception of the world. In movement, in dance, we will focus on hiding emotions, feelings, thoughts and other subtle realities.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to: use dance, i.e. a combination of movement, relaxation and mental cleansing, as a form of body meditation.
- Syllabus
- The dance part is approximately 50 - 60 minutes long, the rhythmic pieces alternate with calm and relaxing melodies. Dance - spontaneous, conscious, free and also with an assignment from the instructor. At the end, rest, meditation, harmonizing music and voluntary sharing of the experiences.
