- Course objectives
- • The students will learn the basic administration and functioning of the sport facilities; they will get acquainted with organizational and methodical duties with regard to the hierarchy within the organization. • The students will learn practical coaching, exercise, and didactic skills under the guidance of experienced coaches and trainers • The students will observe training sessions and exercise lessons. • The students will work with training diaries and they will learn how to use them.
- Learning outcomes
- The studens will be able to: • prepare and run training sessions and exercise sessions following their consultation with coaches and trainers • run training sessions and exercise sessions under the guidance of assigned trainers • analyze training units and exercise sessions • work with training diaries
- Syllabus
- Based on their specialization and with the agreement of the head of the specialization, the students choose a sport club. There, they observe and lead training and exercise sessions. The students‘ practice consists of 26 lessons, i.e. 13 ninety-minute training units. As a part of their practice students should learn how to use electronic training diaries and how to record and evaluate the content of training sessions and cycles in the diaries. All with correspondence with the needs of their sport specialization.
