Course objectives
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to acquire basic theoretical knowledge in the area of gymnastics and to acquire the practical skills of various forms of physical activities focused on functional development of gymnastics.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to: - acquance with SG movement strusture - terminology of exercise on apparatus - acquinement with technique of exercise on apparatus - acquinement with metodics of elements - increasing level of motoric skills in exercise on apparatus
