The course is included in the compulsory part of the physical education curriculum. It is required to have an electric wheelchair. - Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- Electric wheelchair floorball is a relatively young sport discipline that allows players with more severe disabilities to participate in the highest possible degree of safety. It is one of the few action sports activities for this group of people. The sporting activity is more oriented towards technique and teamwork than physical performance, but the social impact of this collective sport is not negligible.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to: master the basic skills of electric wheelchair floorball (such as smooth driving of the electric wheelchair and basic movement on the court, ball management), have an understanding of the tactics of the game and team cooperation, know the terminology and rules of the game.

- Warm-up, individual practice of game techniques and skills, game tactics and controlled play.

- Teaching methods
- Practical exercises (practicing movement on the court, ball management, match play), basic theoretical training (rules and tactics of the game) including the use of match records at national and international level.
- Assessment methods
- Seminar, credit - credit is awarded to students for attendance: the maximum allowed absence is 25% of the volume of teaching hours, substitution of additional absences is possible in the examination period.
