Course objectives
Strengthen team leadership and communication skills with players. Learn how to react in stressful and crisis situations in games and training.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to: - lead and motivate a team; - To effectively communicate and resolve conflicts; - manage stress and crisis situations.

  • Leadership and player motivation.
  • Effective communication with players, parents and other stakeholders.
  • Resolving conflicts and stressful situations.
  • Managing player workload: nutrition, recovery and injury prevention.
  • Psychological aspects of training and matches.
