Course objectives
Do you want to start yoga? Or are you a yoga fan and want to improve the "asanas"? This is the slow yoga exercise for you. Exercise with deep stabilization system, prevention of back pain, breathing sensation, concentration, relaxation ... The exercises include all kinds of "asana" positions (bow, preclone, bow and torso) - each task is different. Calming and relaxing, pumping energy, alleviating and preventing physical problems. Take the healing path to yourself!

  • - introduction of the basic principles of exercise - the bases of the system - training and mastering the basic configuration - practising the advanced methods
