Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint doctoral students with the systemic approach to finding the factors that determine physical and sports performance.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to:
- to find and define factors limiting the physical performance and the relationships between these factors; - apply a systemic factor identification approach for various sports disciplines;
- integrate physiological, biomechanical, psychological, sociological and other factors into the system of limiting factors.
