Course objectives
Develop knowledge and skills in advanced training methods. Acquire competencies to effectively plan and lead a training unit.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to: - design and create training plans; - implement advanced training methods into the training process; - analyze and evaluate player and team performance.

  • Planning and periodization of the training process.
  • Advanced technical and tactical training methods.
  • Analysis of player and team performance.
  • Preparing for a match: tactical and strategic planning.
  • Integration of modern technologies in the training process.
