- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course focuses on the exercise for correction of wrong posture and for the reduction of health problems appearing when people work on a computer for long periods of time. It also introduces "the school of the back", the use of overballs and gymballs. When students finish the course, they will acquire: a sufficient resource of exercise reducing health problems in sedentary work. Students also know how to correct the wrong posture or possible bysbalances related to the wrong posture and sedentary work
