Course objectives
After successful completion of the Specialization Course II will be able to: Describe the theoretical principles of figure skating. Demonstrated knowledge of both the theoretical part of figure skating, as well as the methodological figure skating.

  • Theory: acquisition of theoretical knowledge according to the outline Practice: going through and trying out the theoretical knowledge in practice Outline: Theory: Figure skating history Techniques and methodology of elementary skating Techniques and methodology of compulsory figures (turns, rings, loops) Techniques and methodology of jumps Techniques and methodology of spins Practice: Training and methodology of skating Training and methodology of turns Training and methodology of jumps Training and methodology of spins Requirements: Participation Meeting the practical requirements Written test
