- The aim of the subject is to extend the theoretical knowledge about other possibilities of training methods and means in the training process of pupils and junior category.

- Final written test consists of 40 questions (rated 4O points) of the techniques of swimming ways of swimming biomechanics, physiological, psychological and educational aspects of successfully managing plavání. To achieve a successful mastery, you need at least 35 points
