Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
define and describe the structure of sport performance of vertical and horizontal jumps and shotput
control technique of jumping and shotput disciplines
analyze and assess the most common errors in design technique of discplines jump and shotput

Teaching methods
Theoretical and practical training, presentations of homeworks
Assessment methods
Credits are awarded based on student out successfully passing the final written test and active participation in practical teaching. The test consists of 20 closed questions (3 variants answer to one question) rated 20 points. The successful completion of the required minimum of 70% success rate. Content of the test, knowledge of the structure of sport performance, technology and rules vrhačských and jumping disciplines. The student must actively (trains) complete at least 90% practical training. Each student will establish and then at a workshop seminar paper presents the analysis of the factor structure of the selected sporting performance concrete, respectively vrhačské jumping discipline. The minimum length of one seminar paper presentation is 30 minutes.
