Technika cvičení se švihadlem, míčem, stuhou, rozšiřující učivo cvičení bez náčiní.

Syllabus (in Czech)

Švihadlo - přeskoky vpřed a vzad s různými druhy kroužení, dvojšvih, kroužení a osmy v různých rovinách,, vypuštění a vyhození, jiné držení švihadla - spojení prvků do 16-ti taktové choreografie Míč - oblouky a kruhy, kutálení míče, vyhazování a chytání, osmy v různých rovinách, rytmizované odrážení - povinná sestava. Stuha - oblouky a kruhy, osmy, vlnovky a spirály ve všech rovinách. Povinná sestava
