Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Gathering, organization in tabular processor. Statistical software for PC. Import. Variables, statistical distribution, quantity. Testing of hypotheses, zero hypothesis. Parametric and non-parametric tests. Chi2-test. F-test, t-test (Wilcoxonuv, Mann-Whitney). Analysis of variance, homogeneity of dispersion, independence residue, data transformation. Correlation analysis, Pearsonuv and Spearmon correlation coefficient. Linear and nonlinear regression, multiple regression. Word reading of results, tabular and graphic presence of results. Quotation contains exploratorion data analysis, non-parametric statistics.

  • 1. Basic statistics, selective and data file 2. Punctual and intervallic frequency distribution - histogram 3. Fundamental statistical characteristics 3. Testing hypotheses: t-test, F-test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Kruskal-Wallis 4. Nonparametrics statistics - Wilcoxon, Mann-Whitney, chi-2 5. Correlation coefficient - Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficient and his testing 6. Regression
