Course objectives

The aim of this course is to intensify theoretical knowledge of athletic training focused on athletic disciplines and youth training.

Syllabus (in Czech)

1. Vnitřní a vnější determinanty sportovní výkonnosti v atletice 2. Morfologicko funkční adaptace v kontextu jednotlivých atletických disciplín 3. Proces motorického učení v atletice. 4. Zátěž v běžeckém a skokanském atletickém tréninku (závodě). 6. Objem, intenzita a velikost zatížení v intenci běžeckých disciplín. 7. Objem, intenzita a velikost zatížení v intenci skokanských disciplín. 8. Objem, intenzita a velikost zatížení v intenci vrhačských disciplín. 9. Objem, intenzita a velikost zatížení ve vícebojích. 10. Objem, intenzita a velikost zatížení v intenci jednotlivých mládežnických kategorií 11. Specifická cvičení využívaná v tréninkovém procesu atletických disciplín. 12. Zotavení a regenerace. 13. Plnění zápočtových požadavků
