1. lesson- base of track and field didactics 2. lesson - didactics of running technique 3. lesson - didactics of starts 4. lesson - didactics of relay 5. lesson - didactics of hurdles 6. lesson - jumping and rhythm exercises for jumps 7. lesson - didactics of long jump 8. lesson - didactics of high jump (flop, stradle) 9.lesson - base of weight training for throws 10. lesson - didactics of jevelin throw 11. lesson - didactics of pole vault 12. lesson - didactics of discus throw 13. lesson - didactics of triple jump
