- Teoretical and practical introduction with Team Gym and its application to school physical education or its aplication to diferent kind of sports.

- Current method acrobatics basically
- A simple form of the creation of co-educated movement tracks with gymnastics content and emphasizing the swinging movement
- A simple application of the rules teamgym in teaching process
