  • Theory: Figure skating history Techniques and methodology of elementary skating Compulsory figures (turns, rings, loops) Techniques and methodology of jumps Techniques and methodology of spins Figure skater’s physical training in general Figure skater’s specialized training Choosing talents, individual age groups’ preparation specifics Practice: Techniques and methodology of individual skating elements (turns, rings, loops) Techniques and methodology of individual solo disciplines elements (jumps) Techniques and methodology of individual solo disciplines elements (spins) Techniques and methodology of combinations and sequences of jumps Techniques and methodology of spins, jumped spins and combinations of spins
