Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to: demonstrate discipline decathlon and heptathlon. define methods passing race in the decathlon and heptathlon. Draw up a plan to prepare for a race in the decathlon and heptathlon Organize athletics heptathlon and decathlon
Syllabus
  • Training of various athleties disciplines: runs and hurdle, high jump, long jump, pole vault, javelin throw, discus throw and shot put.
