Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Students will be acquainted with basic anatomic construction of human body and they will be familiar with their knowledge to use to care of thir body and to prevention to diseases.

  • 2. Factors influencing healthy lifestyle.
  • 3. Skeletal system, care of bones and articulations, fractures and its regeneration.
  • 4. Muscular system, care of muscles and its regeneration.
  • 5. Respiratory system, respiratory gases.
  • 6. Excretory system, drinkable regime.
  • 7. Vascular system, civilization diseases of heart and vessels.
  • 8. Digestive system, diseases of digestive system.
  • 9. Breeding system, contraception, fertility disorders.
  • 10. Nervous system, psychical diserders.
  • 11. Sensorial system, protection of sensorial organs.
  • 12. Dermatic system, care of skin.
  • 13. Credit test.
