Course objectives
After successful completion of the subject "Management" the student will be able to:
- interpret the fundamental theoretical knowledge concerning the management.
- apply the basic management methods and techniques of making decision to the administration and organization development, to the organization and direction of people and to the execution of the managerial roles
- analyse the environment of profit and non-profit organizations.

  • 4. Planning – formula, containing, aims, personal planning, time management, enterprise planning, job and leisure time
  • 5. Leadership – formula, types of leading, shared decision, authority
  • 6. Decision – decision process, decision analysis, methods of decisioning
  • 7. Organizing – containing, organizational structure, regulatory authority, culture of institution
  • 8. Control – formula and containing, control systems, types of control .
  • 9. Management of Crises – crisis, causes of crisis, crisis process, how to proceed in crisis
  • 10. Managing Change - the process of change management, types of change
