Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: Apply basic knowledges and skills of climbing and protection.
Syllabus
  • 1) Safeness, basic terminology, manipulation, climbing styles, equipment for sport climbing
  • 2) Rope manipulation, basic knotts, protection gears
  • 3) Technics of moving, balance
  • 4) Leading, protection, rope manupulation on anchor, descending
