In a fully e-learning course will be mediated to students basic information about the problems of experiential learning and reflective learning. Experiential learning and reflective learning will be presented here as one of the most effective approaches personality and social development of man. It´s found wide application in virtually all areas of interest to graduates of the Faculty of Sports Studies - formal and informal education, school, nonprofit and corporate sectors, prevention, therapy and counseling. The students will be familiarized with basic issues and principles of experiential learning and reflective learning, acquire basic knowledge of theory and methodology of group work as well as an overview of applicable programs and activities. Conclusion of the course will be devoted to the practical principles of production of experiential courses, always in the context of the studied field.

Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with basic theory and methodology of experiential learning and to provide them the opportunity to participate in the preparation and implementation of meaningful experiential courses in practical professional life. Student after the course will be able to: • describe basic assumptions and principles of experiential learning • apply basic knowledge of working with a group • use basic techniques targeted feedback and reflection • to focus on activities and programs and be able to choose according to the needs of target groups

Teaching methods
The course is taught only in e-learning form. Students will individually participate in learning through Moodle system, where they will find some texts, there will be some audio and video training available too and they will have to perform some partial exercises and tasks in contact with tutors of the course - experts in the practice of experiential education.
Assessment methods
For successful completion of course is necessary to fulfil small sub-tasks published in the Moodle system.
