At the end of this course the student will be able to: define the basic principles of development of individual disciplines of cycling discuss the structure of the selection of material security and its development appreciate the importance of material security model sports preparation for cycling
Syllabus
  • Theory: Theory of cycling: 2 hours of cycling history 2h Organization and Management of cycling Material security sports training: 4 hours bicycle mechanics, bicycle maintenance 2h Clothing for cycling Athletic Training: 1hr Zones energy envelope 1hr load, recovery, loading at   cycling 1hr General preparation cyclists 1hr Technical training - Biomechanics pedaling, pedaling technique 2h Physical training - Power capacity 2h Physical Training - Speed skills, pedaling frequency Experience: 2h Training and methodology of general physical fitness-training cyclists 2h Training and methodology of general physical training bicycle-athletics 2h Training and methodology of general physical training cycling-games 2h Training and technical training methodology - Biomechanics pedaling, Technology
