Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to:
Use information from the theoretical physiology and sports training in field testing
Demonstrate the various types of field performance tests, using in practice Sporttesters
Explain management options and control training through the heart rate metersand and other non-invasive methods
Construct the training unit for a wide range of clients in the sports training
