Course objectives
After successful completion of the course "Swimming II." will be able to: - Demonstrate knowledge of basic swimming skills and principles - Adopt a growing movement in swimming ability means breast, arms, crawl, butterfly, starts a turnaround - Acquire the basic skills necessary to rescue the drowning - Applying extension endurance skills to the modified technique - Apply the acquired skills in their individual style swimming

  • 1st Introduction to the study, the compensatory requirements, conditions for granting credit 2nd Improving the way swimming breasts, arms, legs, repeat 3rd Higher level of technical exercises for posture and minimize the water 4th Butterfly swimming training method - foot waves, arm, the combination 5th Butterfly swimming training method, the combination, breathing, continuous swimming 6th Improving the way swimming butterfly, the concept of endurance Crawl 7th Improve all modes of swimming, advanced practice 8th -9. Turn, improve all modes of swimming 10th -12. Swimming crawl way - the concept of endurance 13 to 14 Implementation of compensatory requirements

Practical training exercise program
Assessment methods
The basic premise is to demonstrate the skills to deal with the technique of swimming modes in the basic movement patterns, and according to the rules. Swimming skills are evaluated in four ways of swimming. It is primarily evaluated swimming triathlon - 100m breaststroke, 100m crawl, 50m backstroke - to get 13 points from tables (available at FSpS). 25 m butterfly - evaluation techniques, individual assessment of technology teacher. Crawl swimming technique method is verified on the track 200m, limits on site FSpS. An integral part of the award of credit is an active participation in hours - in the water.
