- Course objectives
- In a sufficiently large scale equip theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to performing activities guide hikers. To be able to safely lead the client or client group in the mountainous terrain in winter conditions. To be able to carry out clients or groups in northern mountainous terrain type, organizing tourist events. Managed to provide and perform all activities associated with the work of a guide hikers.
- Syllabus
- Basics of rope work. Gear and equipment for movement in mountainous terrain in winter contitions. Orientation, basic meteorology. Tour groups and movements of mountain terrain in winter contions. Avalanche danger. Equipment for day and multi-day events, emergency overnight. The movement of the glacier.
