Course objectives
After finishing the subjekt, student: I s able to show basic combative techniques according the curriculum Understood and aply basic technical and tactical principles of combat sport Differentiate among single vombat sports a is able to characterise combat sport according to curriculum

  • Introduction to history, taxonomy. Terminology. Structure of techniques. Rules for competitions. Basic grips – free style, geeco-roman style. Takedowns. Groundwork.
