To receive the credits student must be able to manage athletic decathlon or heptathlon.

Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate a series of didactic training and athletic decathlon and heptathlon.
- Define the methodology of training individual disciplines.
- Build a plan to prepare for the race in the decathlon and heptathlon. - Organize athletic heptathlon and decathlon.
- Prepare and manage teaching and athletic training children and young people according to new trends (Kids Athletics - IAAF program).
- In addition, students will demonstrate the ability to prepare contents of motion units recreational athletics.
- Demonstrate practical methodical output in selected athletic discipline.
- Pass the final exam in athletics

Teaching methods
Classes take place both by theoretical part: lectures focusing on the history, technology, didactics and rules of individual athletic events, as well as the practical fulfillment of methodological output, active participation in multiple events held on the athletic field and completion of final oral examination in athletics.
Assessment methods
Athletics practical test:
Mastering the various disciplines of athletic heptathlon and octathlon.

Results:
A - M (Z) - 4500 (3600) point
B - M (Z) - 4300 (2650)
C - M (Z) - 3000 (2400)
D - M (Z) - 2700 (2150)
E - M (Z) - 2400 (1900)
F - M (Z) - below 2400 (1900)
Test (written) rules and didactics athletic disciplines. To meet the conditions for obtaining the credit you need to get at least 7 out of 10 possible points. The test contains 10 items concluded up.
