Course objectives
After successful completion of the course "Swimming III." will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of the superstructure of swimming skills, principles and principles
- Demonstrate the growing movement skills for all modes of swimming, starts and turnaround
- Explain and demonstrate the personal intervention to save the drowning
- Explain and demonstrate the differences in technique and sprint endurance
- To formulate principles to swim underwater, and so demonstrate

Teaching methods
Practical training exercise program. Analysis of swimming techniques the students the video footage captured in teaching .
Assessment methods
The basic premise is to demonstrate the skills to deal with the technique of swimming modes in the basic movement patterns, and according to the rules.
Swimming skills are evaluated in four ways and swimming through the race in 100 meters of the position limit.
Endurance concept art crawl will be verified by continuous swimming for 400 meters in the limit, limits on site FSpS.
Skills needed to rescue the drowning to be verified by demonstration called Personal intervention in the water.
An integral part of the award of credit is an active participation in hours - in the water.
