- Course objectives
- The student will be able to successfully completing the course: * Evaluate the training process aimed at developing young athlete fitness site with the assigned trainer * Compile training session focused on the development of selected motor skills in youth * Apply theoretical knowledge into practice * Schedule a training session with respect to the assigned group of athletes * Implement training in different conditions (pitch, swimming pool, gym ...) * Evaluated through rapid reverse engineering technique of a given motor task * Work with the software Training diary athletes (evidence of training indicators)
- Syllabus
- - Students are assigned to sports teams or clubs according to the chosen specialization. - Students train young athletes (students, cadets, juniors) - V ~ allocated sections are practicing under the supervision of selected coach (26 hours). In the course of practice, emphasis is placed on: Ability to plan training unit under the leadership of various coach, fitness character (application of theoretical foundations to practical levels - 24 preparations) Ability to lead training unit under the leadership of coach (12 units) Ability to assess training load (analysis of indicators of load Software Training diary athlete) Ability to assess technical performance of movement and provide athletes quick feedback on the quality physical activities (Dartfish software) professional qualifications access and management of athletes Control of fitness
