- Praktické ukázky základních cvičení Pilates, SM - systému, cvičení na závěsném systému a s flexibarem. Správné technické provedení jednotlivých cvičení, správné didaktické a metodické vedení pedagogického výstupu.

- Course objectives
- Students assume the base list of excercises of Pilates method, SM system, on suspension system and with flexibars. They will be able to use them with correct technique. After this course students are able to use obtained skills in prepration and formation of intenvertional movement programm.

- 1. Pilates - history, principles, practical excercises 2. Pilates - excercises for strenghtening of abdomines muscles 3. Pilates - excercises for strenghtening of back muscles 4. Pilates - excercises for strenghtening of muscles of lower and upper parts 5. SM systeme - history, principles, practical excercises 6. SM systeme - 6 base excercises 7. SM systeme - 6 base excercises 8. Suspension system - history, principles, practical excercises 9. Suspension system - pushing and pulling excercises 10. Suspension system - "plank" excercises 11. Flexibar - history, principles, practical excercises 12. Flexibar - excercises in standing and kneeling positions 13. Flexibar - excercises in sitting and lying positions
