- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course introduces logical and purposeful kinds of behavior in the complex and stressful situations of ordinary life. Students also acquire some locomotory activities useful in life and health threatening situations.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon the completion of the course students will be able to apply basic physical activities that can help when health or life are endangered.

- Course topics: 1. Basics of the movement in water, canoeing 2. Movement in safety boat 3. Orientation of the field 4. Rope barriers 5. Excursion to the Fire Training Center 6. Fire seventh in nature 7. Emergency bed
