Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course focuses on the practice of all kinds of strokes as well as on the introduction of the rules and tennis competitions.
Syllabus
  • The course runs in the Tennis Hall, Mánesova 12c in Královo Pole. 8 students can participate in one seminar group.Students are divided into 3 groups according to the level of their skills: beginners intermediate advanced It is important to accept these group divisions when students register. Intermediate - the students train to improve the basic tennis skills, reduceimperfections. They learn to play from the basic line. Advanced - the students master all the basic tennis strokes and can play from thebasic line without mistakes. They learn to remove thier particular personalimperfections. During the registration it is vital to follow the efficiency groups.

- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 3classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology - the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
