- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Summer sports courses focus on fitness, different locomotory skills, and hiking helps to improve the cognition of enviroment.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will know the destination which they will walk and cycle around.
- Syllabus
- The content of course is: 1. day - arrival to Tarvisio - accomodation 2. day - cycle trip to BLED 3. day - cycle trip to CARNIA 4. day - walk trip to Monte Lussari, accomodation, walk trip to Monte Caciaotire 5. day - walk descending from Monte Lussari, departure back to Czech
