Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Summer sports courses focus on fitness, different locomotory skills, and hiking helps to improve the cognition of enviroment.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will know the destination which they will walk and cycle around.
Syllabus
  • The content of course is: 1. day - arrival to Tarvisio - accomodation 2. day - cycle trip to BLED 3. day - cycle trip to CARNIA 4. day - walk trip to Monte Lussari, accomodation, walk trip to Monte Caciaotire 5. day - walk descending from Monte Lussari, departure back to Czech
