Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to meet students with advanced exercise technique
At the end of the course the student:
- know the topic of SM system
- know the technique of exercises of SM system
- know the topic of Body and Mind classes
- know the main yoga positions
- is able to these positions use in practise
- know the base of kettle bell exercises
- know the topic of Indoor cycling
- know the topic of fascia chains
