- Course objectives
- The aim of subject Track and Field III is to provide theoretical knowledge and training practical skills:
- walk, javelin, shot put and discus throw
- basic of rules, technique and organization of penthatlon, hepthatlon and decathlon - Learning outcomes
- After successful completion of the course "track and Fields III will be able to:
- demonstrate knowledge of techniques and rules of race walking, shot put, discus throw and javelin
- apply the correct technique of race walking, shot put, discus throw and javelin
- analyze (and critically evaluate) the most common fault in technique of penthatlon disciplines
Students will be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of technique, rules and organization of decathlon disciplines. - Syllabus

- Teaching methods
- exercise at the athletic stadium and self-teaching materials.
- Assessment methods
- Credits will be awarded based on successfully passing the oral exam and active participation in practical lessons.
The oral exam will contain rules, history and technique discussed athletic disciplines of decathlon. The student must actively (trains) complete at least 90% practical training and manage the performance requirements of athletic pentathlon.
The practical realization of the pentathlon will be conducted in accordance with applicable rules of athletics. Scoring will be based on current scoring tables.

The final mark will be the average of the oral exam and penthatlon - Language of instruction
