- Course objectives
- Within the subject of compensatory exercises students obtains an informations about possibilities of compensation in various sports. They will be able to apply knowledge in setting up compensation plan in primary and secondary prevention of injuries and chronic musculoskeletal disorders.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course the student is able to:
- to perform compensation of unilateral loads in sport
- to apply the didactic principles of compensatory excercises
- to propose and practically implement an adequate balancing process for sports - Syllabus
