- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to intensify and broaden selected sport psychology topics according recent situation in sport.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to:
- understand in relation: athlete - coach - school - parents, - process personal characteristics from the acquired psychological data,
- make a training plan focused on psychological preparation according the age of athletes,
- apply individual approach to the needs of athlete: benefits and pathology, multicultural phenomenon, inclusion., - Syllabus
- 1. Performance motivation - fluctuation of aspiration with successful and unsuccesfull activities
- 2. Interpersonal relations of sportsmen and their use in sports conditioning
- 3. Sociogramme and its use in sport
- 4. Psychogames and their use in sport conditioning
