- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce the student with various types of group exercises under the guidance of a lecturer in fitness centers, their characteristics and use for clients of different age categories, health restrictions and different levels of physical fitness.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to: know different types of excercises in fitness apply them for different group people (seniors, children, athlets etc.).
